Common questions
How does shipping work?
Lots include free shipping and can be purchased directly through normal checkout. Pallets and truckloads ship by freight, which is quoted separately based on the shipment and destination.
How do I purchase a pallet or truckload?
Use the Request Freight Quote button on the product page. We’ll review the shipment details, coordinate the freight quote, and provide the next steps.
How quickly will my order ship?
Shipping timing depends on the inventory size and shipping method. Lot orders are prepared for parcel shipment, while pallets and truckloads move after freight details are confirmed.
Can I cancel my liquidation order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return liquidation merchandise?
All sales are final. Because we sell liquidation inventory in lots, pallets and truckloads, we don’t accept returns or give refunds for buyer’s remorse, resale performance, assortment variation, cosmetic condition, or any condition disclosed in the product listing. Each product page states that item’s condition, so please review it before you buy.
“Customer returns” on a listing describes where the inventory came from or its condition. It doesn’t mean we accept returns.
